I spent 17 years in corporate America, another 17 years owning a Childcare franchise, both very rewarding careers. My wife and I retired in Feb. of 2007 by Christmas of that year we had all the retirement (boredom) we could stand, not to mention we had lost our sense of purpose.

What was my purpose, my passion? I had lost my drive, my purpose. How did I want to spend the last third of my life? I wanted to impact others to help them understand who they were and where they wanted to go. In other words, control their own destiny, take charge of their life, look at opportunities to own their own business, set their own agendas and achieve their dreams, just as I had done. Once I had a good understanding of where I wanted to go, I began my search for opportunities to help me get there.

The Entrepreneur's Source was that vehicle; they had the tools and the team to fill in the blanks to help me move forward with my new career. Am I successful? Ask the people I've worked with over the past three years who are now owning and managing successful businesses and have taken control of their life. Is coaching rewarding, you bet!

As a multi-unit franchisee for over 10 years, I have enjoyed helping people achieve their dreams of having their own business and achieving financial freedom. Educating people about their options outside of corporate America is rewarding for me every day!

The Entrepreneur's Source has provided me the lifestyle that I had never thought possible i.e. working out of my home, ability to take longer vacations, and many long weekends than my previous business. The Area Development program has provided the opportunity to create residual income at the same time helping others be successful as a franchise coach.

Over nearly 10 years with The Entrepreneur's Source, I have enjoyed the opportunity to coach hundreds of people in the exploration of new career options.

There is a lot of satisfaction that comes with helping a client overcome their fears and misconceptions, and eventually find success and pride in self-employment.

I have been a successful Entrepreneur's Source Coach for nearly 10 years. I have really enjoyed helping my clients find the right business, and helping them be self sufficient. The Entrepreneur's Source has helped me achieve the income, lifestyle, wealth and equity I desire. I also enjoy coaching and being a TES Ambassador. I plan to continue my TES business for years to come.

I have been a coach with the Entrepreneur's Source for nearly twelve years. During that time, I have coached both coaches and clients. My greatest joy is watching people grow toward their potential and enjoy the fruits of self sufficiency. Each new client brings a unique story and a dream of achieving their goals and objectives though business ownership. I love going to work each day where I get to experience my financial and lifestyle dreams too.

Another of my joys over the years was being the co-founder of WEBB (Women Empowered by Business) a nationwide organization whose mission is to promote successful entrepreneurship among women by providing opportunities and resources designed to educate, empower and enlighten them as they embrace the challenges of business ownership. Today, WEBB continues to grow and impact the lives of women entrepreneurs and women who dream of being an entrepreneur.

I've been a The Entrepreneur's Source Associate for about a year and my experience has been outstanding. I enjoy the interaction with my clients and it's rewarding to offer an alternative to traditional employment. There's a great sense of fulfillment in playing a role in someone realizing their aspiration of being their own boss and in control of their own destiny.
