I spent 17 years in corporate America, another 17 years owning a Childcare franchise, both very rewarding careers. My wife and I retired in Feb.
of 2007 by Christmas of that year we had all the retirement (boredom) we could stand, not to mention we had lost our sense of purpose.
What was my purpose, my passion? I had lost my drive, my purpose. How did I want to spend the last third of my
life? I wanted to impact others to help them understand who they were and where they wanted to go. In other words, control their own destiny,
take charge of their life, look at opportunities to own their own business, set their own agendas and achieve their dreams, just as I had done.
Once I had a good understanding of where I wanted to go, I began my search for opportunities to help me get there.
The Entrepreneur's
Source was that vehicle; they had the tools and the team to fill in the blanks to help me move forward with my new career. Am I successful?
Ask the people I've worked with over the past three years who are now owning and managing successful businesses and have taken control of their life.
Is coaching rewarding, you bet!
